• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others or use fake, misleading, or inaccurate profile information.
• You may sign in with Google. We receive only your basic profile and email for authentication (see the Privacy Policy).

• You keep ownership of the work, images, text, and other materials you upload ("Your Content").
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up licence to host, store, access, reproduce, modify (e.g. create thumbnails and resized versions), adapt, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, stream, and otherwise use Your Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Site and its features, including showing it to other users and the public and via sharing/embedding features. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for reasonable backup copies and content others have already lawfully shared.
• You must have the rights to everything you upload. Your Content must be your own original work, or, where it substantively borrows from another source, you must have the copyright holder's permission and must post full credits. You represent that Your Content infringes no copyright, trademark, or other right.
• Third-party people and brands: if Your Content includes the name, voice, likeness, image, or written/spoken words of a third party, you must obtain that third party's written consent before uploading.
• Your liability and indemnity: you are solely responsible and liable for Your Content, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claim or damage arising from it.

You can set Your Content as public, private, or visible to a specific audience where the Site offers that option. Public content is made public on upload (or, at our discretion, later), and your username, avatar, and similar identifiers appear alongside it. Private content stays private and is not accessed by us without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to enforce these Terms.

Your use of the Site is governed by our Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: be authentic, only post work you have the rights to, keep uploads on-topic, don't manipulate votes or engagement, and don't post unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. Please read the full Guidelines.

• We may filter or moderate content, including after it has been made available, and may refuse, remove, restrict, or block content, or limit features, at our discretion and, where reasonable, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the Guidelines, the law, or a third party's rights, or creates risk. Removal does not entitle you to compensation.
• We operate a repeat-infringer policy and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyright (see the Copyright & Takedown Policy).
• Appeals: if you believe content was removed in error, contact [email protected] to request review.
• You may close your account at any time.

The job board is for creative/visualization employment and paid opportunities. You may not post resumes/CVs or self-promotion, spec-work contests, or job descriptions that discriminate based on protected characteristics, except where the law permits a stated preference for historically disadvantaged groups. We are not party to, and not responsible for, dealings between users (e.g. employers and applicants) and cannot moderate contract or employment disputes between users.

The Site itself — its design, branding, and software — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we are not responsible for user content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the total amounts (if any) you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
